Oversees marketing services for the institute. Responsible for EBI’s corporate image as we are supporting the training departments in marketing their services. Also, increase awareness of EBI activities and capabilities within Egypt and the region. Additional responsibilities may include marketing operations; including advertising, branding and positioning activities, marketing capability development, and CRM and E-marketing.

Job Responsibilities:

Manage the Marcomms team to perform tasks related to digital marketing, events management, branding and PR

Develop promotions and product services to boost sales and brand equity

Defines the positioning of the product in relation to the competitive market

Develop and execute strategic Marketing Plans

Defines the positioning of the product in relation to the competitive market

Manage key external and internal business partners

Manage the Marketing Budget and ensure effective cost management

Education & Experience:
University degree in Marketing, business, or related field

Advanced degree in business, management, economics, strongly preferred

Advanced/graduate study in marketing desirable

Skill & Knowledge:
5 – 8 years of experience in marketing and marketing management

Proven record of leading high performance teams

Well-developed record of work on successful product launches

Ability to balance resource demands from multiple internal customers

Extensive understanding of IT aspects of marketing management, and strong experience with CRM systems

Thorough understanding of country to country market dynamics for similar products/services

Thorough understanding of Training & Development process and Learning commercialization

Excellent quantitative and analytical abilities

Excellent written and oral communication skills
